You’ll find every hog cut you were looking for, whether it’s the whole boar to roast on the spit or just that uncommon boar cut that you can’t find anywhere else. Our wild boar meat comes from wild pigs trapped and killed humanely in Texas’ Hill Country where they’re allowed to roam free and graze on nuts, fruits, roots and tubers, never given hormones, steroids or antibiotics. Which makes these wild boar cuts savory and totally natural.
