Elk Sausages

At Steaks and Game, we take our sausage seriously, and only source from vendors that use 100%, all natural, grass-fed and free-range New Zealand Wapiti Elk. The flavor is rich and robust, the texture fine and the meat naturally lean. Lean, natural and flavorful, elk sausages are a great low fat, high protein alternative to pork and beef sausages, without sacrificing any flavor. Perfect for breakfast, casseroles, stews and stuffing. We source our elk meat from family-owned farms in New Zealand. The animals are always naturally raised and never given hormones, antibiotics or steroids, and they’re allowed to roam freely to feed on fertile pastures.
