Great flavor, I will admit I was a bit concerned about ordering this but it is really good. Elk is the primary ingredient. Does have some pork and beef and is cased with pork, Pack of 4 is perfect for my family. Recommend this one. Will eat this from now on in place of the stuff from the stores. Shipping was quick and everything was frozen solid when it arrived overnight,
