Cut To Order Bison Steaks
Do you like your juicy steaks titanic thick or tastefully thin? No problem! We have a cut-to-order selection of our best meats and steaks, cut expertly by our butchers. This means that thick-and-thin steak lovers can get what they. We try to accommodate most preferences, so you can get steaks in a variety of thicknesses. Since beef cutting is not an exact science and cuts of beef are irregular (some taper off on the ends, some are rounded, etc.), not all steaks will be cut exactly the same, but will be as close to the thickness requested as possible. If there are trimmings left over, we’ll send those along, too!
