Lamb Loin

The most tender cut of our 100% New Zealand lamb. Reared naturally in rich pastures, and always grass-fed, our lamb comes from small, family farms, slaughtered at 12 months to ensure tenderness, and never given any hormones or antibiotics. The mild and herbaceous flavor of this tenderloin is perfect to pair with any rich sauce, and the incredible tenderness ideal for quick cooking methods like grilling or pan-frying.
