About Lamb Loin, Boneless

With an even shape for cooking and no bones to distract from the flavorful meat, our boneless lamb loin is tender, juicy and supremely meaty.

You can braise, roast, pan-sear or grill this both whole or cut into boneless lamb chops or steaks. The even shape makes it easier to handle when cooking and easy to cut into smaller portions. Delicious with powerful spice rubs like ras el hanout rub or harissa, astounding with all sorts of herbs, and beautiful with just a good seasoning of salt and pepper, you’ll love the mild yet flavorful meat.

Our New Zealand lamb is smaller and milder than the American version, so you’ll find it really flavorful, but less gamey and intense, and more suited to all palates. We love lamb cooked to a medium point, although some swear that lamb should always be served medium-rare. Whichever way you prefer it, our rich New Zealand lamb will cook to tender, full flavored perfection.

Q: How do you cook this
A: The Lamb Loin, Boneless can be grilled, baked in the oven, roasted or seared. As a note, as lamb doesn’t have a layer of fat for protection, care should be taken not to overcook it as like all lamb, it should be served pink in the middle.
