Imported from Australia, our MS5 Australian Wagyu Strip Tenderloin is butter-knife tender and sumptuously creamy, with that amazingly sweet flavor.
Scored Marble Score 5 (in the 1 to 12 scale), this Wagyu is beautifully marbled, giving the usually mild Tenderloin a boost of flavor and beefiness. Wagyu cattle are naturally predisposed to develop more marbling, (that succulent webbing of creamy, high quality fat) so you’ll find a luscious, sinfully creamy texture that just melts in your mouth.
This MS5 Australian Wagyu Strip Tenderloin is perfect for grilling or pan-frying – there’s no need for oil, just salt and pepper are all you need to fry up these bad boys. The whole Tenderloin is ideal for a juiimpcy roast or Chateaubriand.

Grilling advice: the superb, extra juicy fat marbling on Wagyu beef will melt over the grill, so watch out for flare-ups. Always cook to medium-rare over medium heat, as high heat cooking can turn that beautiful fat chewy.
Cutting details: you have the option of choosing the thickness of your steaks but please note that not all steaks will be exactly the same size, and some steaks will be cut a bit thicker or a bit thinner. This is due to the uneven shape of whole meat muscles, but we’ll try to keep it as close to what you requested as is possible. If there are any trimmings left over after the cutting process, of course those will be included as well.
