Duck Sausage With Orange Liquor
This gourmet sausage by Chateau Royal is just about as fabulous as you can get in hog casing. Flavorful duck meat is blended with sweet triple sec orange liqueur, seasoned to perfection with cinnamon and a (secret) blend of fives spices. The musky flavor of duck meat pairs beautifully with the citrus notes of oranges and lemon, and there's some wonderful hints of butterscotch to finish off. Amazing to grill up and pair with a sweet chutney, or sautéed for an incredible breakfast sausage experience.
