Superbly tender and buttery-smooth, you can get this whole and uncut, or expertly sectioned into juicy New York Strip Steaks in your choice of thickness (see available).

Wagyu cattle are naturally predisposed to develop more marbling, that succulent webbing of creamy, high quality fat. This beautiful fat delivers mouthwatering buttery texture that just melts in your mouth. At Marble Score 6 (in the 1 to 12 scale), this Wagyu Strip Loin is unctuously smooth and deeply flavorful.

Total weight of this product is 13 lbs. approximately. It’s available whole or hand-cut into steaks in a range of different thicknesses.

Perfect to grill, pan-sear, or for roasting. Cook to medium-rare.

Cutting details: Please note that not all steaks will be exactly the same size, and some steaks will be cut a bit thicker or a bit thinner, but we’ll try to keep it as close to what you requested as is possible. If there are any trimmings left over after the cutting process, of course those will be included as well.

Grilling advice: We suggest that you cook on a grill pan rather than an open flame, as that extra fat marbling on Wagyu beef will melt over the grill and may cause flare-ups.
