Imported from Australia, our center cut New York Strip steaks are sourced from the same cattle that produce the famed Japanese Kobe beef. Raised free-range for their first 18 months of life, they are then placed on the same strict diet of grain as their Japanese counterparts for their final 300 days. This diet, coupled with a stress-free lifestyle, works in tandem to produce buttery soft beef with a rich round flavor and a texture so yielding you could even slice it with a spoon.
