Wagyu Beef Sliders

Sliders get fancy! Made of 100% Australian Wagyu beef, these mini burgers have flavor of epic proportions. Incredibly juicy, wonderfully beefy, these were made to pair with your freshest buns. These Kobe-style mini burgers are bold, but they’re buttery too, thanks to all that Wagyu marbling on the meat. That creamy intramuscular fat marbling throughout is what makes Wagyu (called Kobe when it comes from Japan) so tender and flavorful, and so prized among foodies.

Grill, top with your favorite cheese and condiments, and prepare to slide into slider heaven.

Grilling advice: the superb, extra juicy fat marbling on these burgers will melt over the grill, so watch out for flare-ups.

Flavor was mild and pleasant, and the fat left behind in the pan was exceptional for eggs done over-easy. However, every patty I have cooked so far has had nasty gristle in it. Such sloppy trimming is inexcusable in premium meat.

Product Questions And Answers

Q: Are these pre-cooked? If not, advise how to cook, and keep warm for a large group (100). Can I bake in the oven? Thank you!
A: These are raw patties. We recommend using an immersion circulator (SousVide) or oven in combination with a nice quick sear on a grill to create beautifully cooked sliders. Generally, anything that works well for burgers will work well for sliders too, but with shorter cooking times of course.
