Mary’s Air Chilled Whole Chickens are chicken the way it was always supposed to be: raised cage-free, allowed to move around in an open-door building, where they get fresh running water and never given any antibiotics or hormones, and raised on a vegetarian diet. 

The whole range free chickens are air chilled (instead of water chilled), which gives them a more natural, fresher flavor, and gives you a chicken with less water weight – so you pay for actual chicken, not water! The process is more environmentally friendly, producing fewer waste.
