Wagyu Corned Beef Hash Recipe Instructions

  • 8 oz.Wagyu Corned Beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, peel and diced
  • ½ large sweet onion, diced
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
    1. Heat a large pan on medium-high heat. .
    2. Add butter and olive oil, stir. Once hot, add the potatoes and onions, stirring. Add the paprika, season with salt and pepper and sautee for 5-7 minutes.
    3. Add the chopped green pepper, parsley, stir and cook, covered, for 2 more minutes.
    4. Fry 4 eggs and serve the corned beef hash with one fried egg on top of each plate, along with a couple of slices of tomatoes and garnish with parsley.
